The Digital Arts Checkout Center is a technology lending service at Goucher College available to staff, faculty, and students. We house equipment that everyone can use as well as equipment that specific departments have purchased for their students.

Goucher students, faculty, and staff have access to our inventory of A/V equipment- including, but not limited to digital cameras, 4k & HD camcorders, field recorders, microphones, light kits, and more. Some equipment may be restricted based on class enrollment.

Before checking-out equipment, you must first fill out this Equipment Contract, each semester. Please make sure you fully understand the Checkout Policy and have reviewed the fines for Late, Lost, Stolen, or Damaged equipment.

To browse our inventory, login to Cheqroom, our web-based equipment management software. If it’s your first time using Cheqroom or are having trouble logging in, please contact checkout.info@imomoew.com for help.

Reservations for equipment can be made online using Cheqroom or in-person at Van Meter Hall, room B11.
